Fitness Facilities
A complete children’s program within a facility needs more than simply a martial arts class or a basketball league. It should encompass a whole range of activities suitable for a range of children. Physical fitness, sport, and play activities should all be a part of the children’s program.

KidzPower, TeenPower, MultiPower, and DDR Groove Pads are products we offer to help develop a complete children’s program. Through hundreds of circuits worldwide and thousands of classes every week, our programs have been developed to integrate fitness, fun, and education into each workout. Workouts increase the children’s activity levels, improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility motivating children to a habitual attitude to activity. Excitement is generated by music, fun non-competitive games, instructor involvement and encouragement, and through the general activity of the class.

On-site training

We offer opportunities for staff members to obtain face-to-face training on the use and instruction of the KidzPower and TeenPower equipment. The training is extremely useful in launching the programs within your facility. It thoroughly prepares staff members for the challenges faced in operating a successful program. For on-site training fees contact us.

Teaching tips

Plan ahead - each class needs to be planned by the teacher. By having lesson plans prepared in advance, should a teacher be sick and need a replacement, the substitute teacher can look at the lesson plans to see what is planned for the session.
